Bruce Springsteen – one of the most famous to date of American musicians. His songs are usually devoted to the difficulties of everyday life, often called "folk rock". Bruce Frederick Joseph Springsteen was born September 23, 1949 in Long Branch, a suburb of New Jersey. He decided to become a musician at age seven, when he saw one of the performances of Elvis Presley, at 16 Springsteen was already a leader of the group The Castiles, and in the late 1960s, Bruce began performing in clubs in New Jersey trio Earth.
